Dr. Jimmy Lam
MBBS/BMedSci, DipSurgAnat, FRACGP, FASLM
Dr Jimmy Lam is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, and is an IBLM Board certified Physician and Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine. He has practiced lifestyle medicine for over ten years, and has lectured on health and wellbeing both in Australia and abroad. He is passionate about helping all of us achieve our best physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
His special interests are Chronic Disease and Mental Health management via Lifestyle and Integrative Medicine, Paediatric care, Men’s Health, Care of the older persons, and acute medicine.
Apart from medicine, his passions include cycling, jogging, playing with his kids and living as a Christian.

Dr Joel Ten
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Joel Ten is general practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience in both hospital and clinic work. He is actively involved in educating both people in the community and healthcare professionals. His work as a general practitioner at a community health centre has brought him into contact with a diverse range of people from all age groups and cultural backgrounds. He also holds a position as a member of the GP Advisory group at the National Asthma Council. He enjoys teaching people in the community how to live the best lives that they can physically, emotionally and spiritually. During his free time you will see him spending his time with his family and church community.
Ms Angel Lau

Angel is a Registered Nurse & Diabetes Educator, who is Board Certified as a Lifestyle Medicine Professional (IBLM/ASLM). She graduated with First Class Honours in Nursing (HKU) and consolidated her studies with a Master of Public Health (CUHK) and Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education. She is a credentialed Diabetes Educator.
Angel has worked for more than 10 years as a nurse and as a lifestyle educator in both hospitals, aged care and community settings. Her passion is living and teaching people evidenced-based lifestyle medicine to achieve holistic health and better quality of life.
Agnes Shin Ying Chow
Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD)
Agnes is passionate about motivating others to find their best selves and live a healthier and happier life. Believing in the joy of food, she is client-focused and dedicated to providing customised nutritional plans to suit different individual needs while helping others to build a good relationship with food.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Science majoring in Nutrition at The University of Auckland, New Zealand and a Master’s degree in Dietetics at Monash University, she gained interest and experience in areas such as weight management, diabetes management (type 1, type 2, gestational diabetes), cardiovascular disease management (cholesterol, blood pressure management), gastrointestinal conditions (IBS, coeliac disease, food intolerance), women’s health, fertility, pregnancy and breastfeeding, Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and more.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Agnes is multilingual and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. While providing nutritional advice is her primary job function by day, Agnes is a foodie and enjoys cooking and trying out different recipes and cuisines from other parts of the world.
